Great location. Located on a quiet street yet close to the heart of the city. Breakfast was good too.
Our room's shower did not work so they switched us to a new room swiftly, but the new room's air was a little stuffy. Opening the window fixed it. Quick check in & check out. Thank you

The hotel is very new and in a great location. It's just a few minutes to Times Square. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around it. It's a 10-minute walk from the train station. I highly recommend it! The service is very professional. The front desk will try directly when you make a request. It's professional and made my first trip to New York amazing...
If you mind a small room, you can consider it again. It's really small, and the checked luggage can't fit in it😅

Great hotel, very comfortable. Reasonably priced considering NYC prices. Location is not too far from central touristy attractions, but this neighbourhood is a little dangerous especially at night.
