Hotel muito bem localizado, o nosso quarto tinha uma vista incrível, tanto o quarto quanto o banheiro, porém não o considero um 4 estrelas, como ele é avaliado. Não tínhamos roupão de banho no quarto, a água de cortesia, tínhamos que pedir, não era deixada no quarto na arrumação, e nem sempre nos entregavam. O quarto não tinha um frigobar, que é o mínimo em um 4 estrelas, e as amenities de banheiro, ou melhor , a falta delas. É um hotel muito bem localizado, com uma ótima arrumação e limpeza, mas só, por isso não o considero 4 estrelas.

Had a great experience at the NOMO Kitchen in SoHo, went on a Wim and wasn't disappointed. Was able to make a reservation with ease same day, possibly due to most people being out of the city on the holiday weekend. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The food was delicious, the stuffed Nutella French toast was fantastic, with an extra side of fresh fruit. The mimosas were decent, just preferred them chilled instead of having ice in them as it slightly watered down the drinks. Besides that, the atmosphere was nice, the outdoor seating was nice and comfortable. Would recommend coming here for anyone looking for a nice place to have brunch.

The views from our room And bathroom were amazing!!! Kids were blown away with the buildings. We could see up down and down town, also Brooklyn bridge ! Such a treat.

a minha filha ficou hospedada 22 a 29 de junho e o ar nao estava funcionando , foi reclamada varias vezes ate que um dia levantou caiu a pressão devido a desidratação ocasionada pelo calor e desmaiou no quarto e cortou a cabeça. Nada mas absolutamente nada foi feitopelo hotel ,nem gerente apareceu alegando estar em reunião ,e ainda foi cobrado uma noite a mais por ela teve que ficar devido o acidente ,e tb foi cobrado uma agua. gelada do quarto ,sendo que no quarto nao temGELADEIRA, INSANO O DESRESPEITO COM HOSPEDE.E na hora haviam outros hóspedes reclamando do mesmo problema.

The AC DOESNT WORK IN MID HEAT WAVE!!! My sister fainted in one of the rooms because of the hotel's negligence. They didn't fix the AC issue and I heard from other guests in the lobby that they had the same issue.
