Stayed here multiple times while renovations were being competed on our apartment. The cleaning can be hit or miss- either spectacular without a speck of dust or ‘meh’, but I found the front desk was always willing to take steps to fix any issues. I also found the front desk to be friendly and helpful. It can be but a dicey outside late at night, but I’m finding that true of Park Slope in general these days.

I checked in here with my wife and toddler, was given two rooms on the basement level (C) that had a strong mold/mildew odor. We quickly decided we didn't want our child sleeping in that environment and checked back out. I was told a manager would contact me to help refund the room charges -- this never occurred and I had to call five times over the following week and email corporate Marriott customer service to finally get a response. Although I ended up moving to another nearby Marriott property, this hotel is refusing to refund the room charges for one of my two rooms, leaving me out over $1500. I would strongly recommend choosing another place to stay in Brooklyn -- this one has cleanliness issues and the customer service is non-existent.
