The staff was rude and unhelpful. I informed them shortly after checking in that the sink was clogging, but their response was dismissive. They simply replied with phrases like "这是旺季，旺季" (meaning "This is the peak season, peak season") and "There's nothing I can do. What else do you want?" Moreover, the facilities were outdated. I certainly won't choose to stay here again.

The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The room is clean and neat. It is located at the major commercial and retail area center of Queens, which is closed to the shopping malls, restaurants, gyms and subway stations etc. it is a nice and convenient place to stay.

You get what you pay for. Hotel itself looks a bit smudgy. But fairly clean. Rooms are not soundproof. So you will hear every move that is made inside and outside. The windows in my room didn’t lock properly so the noise of the construction and the train was heard all night long. The location on the other hand was great. I went to the us open and it was only one stop with the metro to get there.

Have a nice staff there

The location is very good, just a ten-minute walk from Metro Line 7. There are delicious food at the door. The shower water is very big, and the fatigue is relieved.

Very close to the subway station, it takes 3 minutes to walk to and from the subway station in the city. Be careful not to confuse it with Flushing Grand Hotel. The two are about less than one kilometer away. Search Flushing Grand Hotel on Uber to find the corresponding hotel, and you can't find it by searching for Fadada Grand Hotel.

I'm very upset, they haven't given me back the deposit. It's been a week since the deposit was issued. They told me within 24 hours, but as of today, nothing. They still haven't given me the $100 refund.

The hotel is very old, close to the street and very noisy, there are people walking around in the middle of the night, the sound insulation is very poor, the air conditioner is very noisy

I booked a 3-day room on Ctrip. Due to a change in itinerary, I wanted to cancel one day in advance. The hotel refused to refund, and Ctrip couldn't help me. Ctrip customer service gave me some cash back to make up for the difference. Next time I book a room, I will definitely book a shorter time. If I add one more day, I won't have this trouble!
