Very old hotel with outdated rooms and loud air conditioning. Good location but poor quality hotel.

The hotel location is in full of darkness and violence ********. It's really unsafe for kids to stay here. 30mins travel to times square

It is a poor experience as the room and linen are not clean. We could hear noise from the next room (and those customers were just talking with normal volume). There is a subway station with couple of minutes walk as shown in the photo.

Location is perfect. But the room is a bit old and small, otherwise its clean They will clean up the room daily and topping up the essentials. Good service though. Hassle-free upon checking in and out.

We arrived at the hotel tired after hours of travel and unfortunately they didn’t find our reservation that was made months in advance. It took more than 3 hours to solve the problem and we ended up sleeping the first night in a smaller room than the one we rented. Summary: we slept one night on the couch even though we paid for a bed. Despite that, the location is great.

The hotel is vintage NYC, but clean with average amenities. It took a long time for the water in the bathroom sink and shower to get hot. The location was convenient for my needs, and the cost per night was reasonable for New York City.

No microwave, stains on the walls, but the bed was comfortable

The room is very clean. The facilities can meet basic needs; at the same time, they are relatively old and not as complete and comfortable as new B&Bs. The location is close to Metro Line 1, which is a good choice for those who want to save money and live in Manhattan without spending too much time and energy on the journey. The rule that you must have a Visa card to pay taxes and fees when you check in is not very friendly for people who are only familiar with cash transactions.

The hotel is relatively old, but it has everything it needs. The location is good, just a few dozen meters away from the 96th Street subway station. It's about a ten-minute walk from Central Park. There are many restaurants around, with various flavors, and Chinese restaurants are easy to find. They also helped us store our luggage for free after we checked out, and they also did it in advance on the day of check-in. In general, it meets basic needs. You need to bring your own toothbrush, slippers, and kettle.

Convenient for travel, with subway stations 1, 2, and 3 right outside. On 95th Street, Central Park is not far to the east. Restaurants and supermarkets are all convenient. The hotel is actually the standard of an ordinary hotel in a county town, with old facilities but everything is available. The soundproofing is very poor, especially in the rooms facing the street. I was often awakened by garbage trucks, sirens, and various weird noises in the middle of the night. Anyway, it's a cheap place to stay.

The staff were helpful and always looked after me very well. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The elevator is always filthy. Old installations, so if you're going to pay cheap it's worth it. Close to Central Park. There are several shops and the subway nearby. I only stayed one night.
