Great location. Nice and super friendly staff and check in. Rooms are oke but small. I think that the Frederick Hotel is a bit overpriced. Breakfast is really excellent. So is the restaurant!!! Good place to stay.

very bad! There is only croissant for breakfast, which is the same every day. The room is surprisingly small, and the attitude of the front desk is extremely bad. They ignore you. There is no mineral water in the key room. You have to go to the front desk to ask for it every time. It's really stupid! There is not even a movable shower in the rain room! Why is this kind of hotel not closed yet!

Best kept secret. The hotel was filled with friendly staff waiting to assist you. From the hotel lobby, to Serafina, to your room, everything was spotless. For a NYC hotel, I felt the room was spacious enough. Breakfast had a nice assortment of proteins, fruits, breads and sweets. Highly recommend.

Such a treat to return back to the hotel after a full-day business trip to live music and rose on ice! Absolutely gorgeous hotel, fantastic restaurant next door. Perfect location for a solo traveller, or couples, walking distance to the financial district. Absolute pleasure and it’s only day 2/5 ☺️

Hotel well placed, but lacks the basics for a hotel. Extremely small rooms, when you sit on the toilet, your knees touch the wall. Air condition was not working at checkin (repaired after), bad breakfast (sick after eating), loud rooms, no minibar/kettle or coffee machine, when you pass at the reception you have to wait for them to finish their discussion before they talk to you, and forget getting a Hello from them… You can pay for a late check out, but you will have housekeeping that will knock on your door 3 different times after 12. No attentions for clients. Room service is disaster, pizza with a bottle of olive oil poured on top, over salted pasta, and a server that asks for a tip even though gratuity is already included (even though its written on the menu that gratuity is for more than 12 persons). Avoid this hotel, you can find better cheaper.

If you are looking for a great hotel in NYC trust me, BOOK HERE!!!! I will start with the service. Syed who works at the front desk was incredibly hospitable and professional. He answered all of our questions so politely and had great recommendations for the area. It is rare to get such good service these days and I must say it made a huge difference. Our room was IMMACULATE. The bed was comfortable and I felt clean and safe. I am so happy we chose this hotel and I cant wait for my next stay.

Very pleasant stay! Ariel at the front desk was very welcoming when we first got there and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and bars. Will definitely be staying here again for my next trip 😊
