First of all, not friendly staff on the phone. There was no drinking water at all in the room. Breakfast is very very economy compared to the price charged. Wouldn’t book again with these service quality. No*****$$

This hotel is located next to a cemetery. It was so dark at night that I didn't dare to stay there. The hotel was also very arrogant and refused to negotiate a refund. Even Ctrip didn't negotiate. Don't choose this hotel.

We chose this place because of its location between Queens and Brooklyn, and for the very reasonable rate, and it worked out well. Friendly staff, comfortable room. Not a 5-star review because the breakfast options were a little lacking in quality. Easy drive into Brooklyn or Uber to a train station for access to anywhere. Would consider staying here again for sure.

Room / bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Lot of hair that was not mine. Wall dirty behind coffee maker /table from past use (assuming).

Stay away.
Water damage in room. See pic. Shampoo and conditioner bottles not full. They only replenish when the bottles run out. So you could be in the middle of a shower and need more shampoo. But there is only one person, a maintenance tech that has a secret key to replenish the bottles. So he can only do it after 11am. The front desk staff is rude. The sheets and towels are dirty and smelly. Never again.
