Excellent experience at this hotel. Staff extremely professional and accommodating. Went above and beyond without being asked, Marcos especially. Modern and very clean. Small lobby offering complimentary coffee & tea all day, small in-room fridge with complimentary drinks, although no coffee set up or microwave in the room. Our Junior Suite Rm 701 looked out onto the roof top patio garden. Could hardly have asked for more in relatively affordable, midtown east Manhattan accommodations.

Muy buena opcion en midtown east, habitacion bien amoblada, comoda, limpia, buena cama y ropa de cama, renovado, banio impecable. Con heladerita. Cafe en lobby. Recepcion pequena. Bien ubicado entre lexington y 3era. Cerca de todo. Hacen la habitacion todos los dias. Buen servicio.

Nice boutique hotel at a reasonable price, especially for NYC. Nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable. Each staff member was professional, friendly, and well versed int he neighborhood. Loved the coffee/tea/cocoas offering in the lobby. Bonus - 7th floor rooftop lounge - no bar service but you can bring your own. The only improvement I would make is to have a little more lighting in the room and a bathroom fan. But that was minor. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent food quality and menu choices. Could have been a truly recommendable restaurant, BUT There was very loud music playing from the ceilings, I measured 85dB. The service was slow, but friendly. Unfortunately the other customers on that evening were a noisy wedding party crowd, not helping towards an enjoyable quiet meal. The filet mignon was truly delicious, the asparagus tender, and the Malbec red wine perfect in taste, temperature and size. The prices are inflated (like other restaurants).

Destaque para o atendimento excelente. Ficamos impressionado com o receptividade e atenção. Muito bom mesmo. Parabéns ao hotel e principalmente Mara, Greg e Flávia. Sobre i o hotel, muito bem localizado, podendo fazer vários passeios a pé, como MOMA, Rockfeller, Central Park, 5º avenida entre outros. próximo a várias estações de metro, com a ajuda do pessoal do hotel (explicaram detalhadamente as rotas) economizamos muito uber e taxis. De carro 5 a 10 minutos da Brodway e da Time Square, andando uns 20 a 25 minutos. Recomendo e voltaria com certeza. Não deixe de tomar o Swis Miss disponibilizado na portaria rsrs

The woman at the front desk was amazingly helpful from opening the door for us to bringing me a plastic spoon. The room was unexpectedly quiet- we were on the 2nd floor. Don’t focus on the bad reviews, our stay was great! She also offered to help us with our luggage.

Great location near Central Park. We could walk just about anywhere in 20 to 30 minutes. Staff was amazing! Our room was clean and comfortable! Nice outdoor sitting area on top of building. Our room was pretty quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is a scam, DO NOT BOOK. I booked a room 2 months upfront with the payment due 3 days before arrival. On the day of payment, something took longer with the transfer of money from Europe to the US and they cancelled my booking. After multiple e-mails and complaints they still did not want to change the cancellation and were very rude. I always got the same response to “rebook my stay”, but that was $500 more expensive. I would not be surprised if this is part of a scam to make more money. Disgraceful, in the end I had to book another hotel last minute.
