The order has been prepaid on Ctrip, but the hotel still charged me again, and there are a lot of taxes and fees that I didn't tell you about. Ctrip helped me coordinate the duplicate charges, but it's been a long time and there's no result.

I cannot believe this is a “Hyatt Centric”. No way is it a 4-star hotel, the best I would give is 2-star! The same hotel in Hong Kong is almost like a 5-star with so much more to offer hotel guests. This one in NYC is absolutely unacceptable. The only positive thing is a spacious room. The room has two paper cups and nothing else! No coffee machine, not even a hot water kettle, no tea or coffee… when asked about it, reception told us that free coffee is offered in the lounge area and only in the morning. However, no one offers this information unless you ask about it. You also have to request daily housekeeping. I have stayed in numerous “Hyatt” brand hotels, and this one has the worse hotel operator ever. Plus NYC is extremely expensive in terms of hotels, so for the same amount of money, don’t ever stay here.

The location is good, very close to the free ferry, and there are Starbucks and other cafes nearby for breakfast. It is close to nearby attractions, and some small pizza shops nearby are also cheap. There are no homeless people around.
