Average value for money. A relatively safe area in New York. Average attitude. The front desk is a bit discriminatory against Asians. Not very friendly. Asked for the wifi password and got a sullen face. It's like I owed him money.

This hotel is very good. I would recommend it to all.
Firstly the location is very useful. Since it’s in the middle it’s not too far from any of the attractions that you’ll go and see while in New York. It’s close to subway stations, 6 mins walking depending on which line you want to use.
the breakfast is good, options are plenty, seating area is plenty. Hotel staff are very helpful, kind.
I enjoyed my stay here and would for sure recommend it.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Our room was very spacious and we had a great view of the Empire State Building! Times Square was about a 20-minute walk away. There were lots of food, transportation and shopping options around the hotel. We really liked it and it was ideal for exploring New York.
