Large, fully equipped apartment, great staff, the only downside was the sofa bed for the second bed which required 2 additional duvets to make it comfortable...

We booked Sonder apartments in NY, Phili, Boston and DC in January 2025 for a trip to US in November 2025. We had to download our passports, photos, fill in different documents, had to wait for Sonders approval. Similar procedure like applying for visa in US. I have never had such a difficult procedure during my trips to more than 100 countries worldwide. After we got approval that we are " allowed" to stay at their departments, Sonder immediately debited 4000 Euro from our account. After we have canceled the apartments in May it took more than7 weeks to get all the money back. We sent more than 20 messages and got every time another answer from another person ( apply to your bank, apply to booking com, we can not find your reservation, wait7 days, you will have an answer in 30 minutes etc) Very, very frustrating .After I informed Sonder that I will apply to the CEO and CFO to find out if it is a big chaos in the company or why they don't pay, I was finally paid. What a nightmare. I will never book Sonder anymore.

I always book with Sonder because the stays are so excellent, the customer service is above and beyond, and the quality of the room and location matches my standards. This particular location is one of my favorite places to stay in New York because the customer service is so incredible.

Très bon appart hôtel, nous avons passé un super séjour en famille au Sonder. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. L'emplacement est juste parfait, deux stations de métro à proximité (-5min de marche) déservent tout New York. La rue est bruyante mais ça paraît évident dans une telle ville, pensez au boules quies. Le rooftop offre une superbe vue sur le financial district et l'Hudson. Enfin, le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux !

Perfectly located for the financial district and the Liberal Tower. Battery Park is good for tourists and whomever enjoys walking and exercising. Fairly good restaurants and Delis. Close toSoHo, Chinatown and Little Italy. Clean rooms, with fridge, washer n dryer and stove
