From the staff at the reception who was quick to accommodate an early checkin to the help to operate the coffee machine at mid night shows the service level commitment. It was an awesome stay. Thanks!

It was impressive that the overall interior facilities and everything was simple and clean, as if it was a new building. The location is about 20 minutes from the airport, and there are a lot of construction sites around here, so it's a bit messy, but it seems like it'll be cleaned up soon. It's not a particularly upscale neighborhood, but there are restaurants nearby, like a deli, where you can get a quick meal, so it was convenient to use. The staff were also friendly, so I think it's right to give it a good score.

All the staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. However, the hotel was located far from Manhattan and it felt a little scary to return to the hotel late at night. However, nothing happened.

Very bad service! I have been in the US for more than 20 days and found this hotel to be the most expensive with the worst service! I will block this hotel and never come to this hotel again!!!
