Very bad service! I have been in the US for more than 20 days and found this hotel to be the most expensive with the worst service! I will block this hotel and never come to this hotel again!!!

I made a reservation before my return flight.
I arrived at the hotel around 11pm, but the area around the hotel was unsafe and the walk from the station to the hotel was scary. It seems better not to go out at night. The room was clean and had a bathtub, so I was able to relax.

Very nice hotel, roomy space and nice staff. It is a good choice for fight transfer as it is walking distance from AirPort Express. But the area is not a nice and decent place

Hotels in New York are too expensive, so I had to stay at Holiday Inn. This hotel is closer to the airport, the environment is average, and the soundproofing is very poor.
