My first experience at this hotel in New York was very disappointing. The price and the accommodation environment were totally inconsistent! I stayed for two nights. On the night of the first night, I had already contacted the Ctrip platform to cancel the reservation for the second night. Ctrip applied to the hotel for my request, but was rejected by the hotel. The hotel room is very small, not as good as the domestic express hotel space. The hardware and software are quite simple. The shower room is blocked and the water level is over the ankle. It is very speechless. The bed is also very low and small, the bedroom space is small, the hardware is seriously complaining about the air conditioner, and the noise is very loud in the middle of the night, like the sound of an excavator, which leads to poor spirits the next day and delays the trip! There is a lot of noise outside in the morning and the air conditioner noise is loud at night. The overall environment of the hotel is very average, it is a scam! The price is inflated!

My girlfriend and I stayed in a large king suite complete with balcony and stunning view of NYC over the East River. We had an excellent room service breakfast the following morning. Would def recommend and return again one day!
