Breakfast was served without much change in the menu every day, but there were quite a few choices, so it was edible.
The hot water came out very well, and even though it was extremely cold, like a New York cold spell, I didn't feel cold when I slept at night. The heating worked well. And, there are some accommodations where the heater is sometimes too strong and uncomfortable, but that wasn't the case.
The facilities were not bad, and I stayed for 10 nights, and the room was cleaned every day, so the linens were changed every time, which was nice.

Very good quality-price ratio for NY. Taking into account that the subway is a three-minute walk away and from there it is 15 minutes to Times Square, the location in Queens is perfect and a very safe place. The breakfast is not bad and there is a shuttle service to JFK for $60 if you pay in cash. If it is with a card it is 70.
