The worst hotel in the more than 4,000 one-night hotels I have stayed in. The area is very small, there is a wall above the window, the distance is less than 1 meter, and the hot water comes out of the hot water pipe with white foam. Too bad too bad. .

One of the best hotel stays I've had in NY. I adore the 1 Hotel here in West Hollywood, CA so it was a no brainer to choose this hotel for our trip to the city. Everything was lovely, the environment, accommodations, on-site restaurant, the views, rooms etc. One hundred percent cannot wait to return.

Joe on the concierge desk was incredibly friendly and useful. Managed to get us into restaurants and excursions that were otherwise fully booked or sold out. I love this hotel. I visit from London several times a year and it’s a true home-from-home. All the staff are top class.

We rented the Alcove suite for our family of four. Our main requirement when looking for a place to stay during our vacation was privacy for us and the kids. It was hard to find any hotel that offered two bedrooms that wasn’t a completely exorbitant amount, but 1Hotel delivered. It was very spacious and a clean, comfortable place to land after a long day of site seeing. Beds were very comfortable and staff was accommodating. Great location as well. Would stay again.
