We are a family of three, including children, and for some reason we only got two sets of towels each time. When I filled the bathtub with hot water, it was muddy, so I felt that the water quality was not as good as in Japan. Soap bottles installed in the bathroom sometimes do not come out when pushed.However, we had to put up with it because it was fixed to the wall. There are no toothbrushes, slippers, or kettles in the rooms, so you will need to bring your own. The refrigerator in the room used to cool well, but every few times, the door would not open even after a strong pull. The room facilities were not very good, but the location was very good. There is a CVS, Macy's, 7-Eleven, and Starbucks less than a 5 minute walk away. Personally, I enjoyed the bakery Tour les jour so much that I highly recommend a visit. The subway entrance was conveniently located less than a minute's walk from the hotel.

What a great find… we stayed at The Gregorian Hotel for three nights and absolutely loved it. The classic New York charm mixed with modern touches made the atmosphere feel both cozy and elegant. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered a relaxing escape from the bustle of the city. The staff (Edgar, Danny, Monica, and more) were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and eager to assist. The location is fantastic; perfect for exploring Midtown, catching a Broadway show, or strolling down Fifth Avenue in the early morning. We’ll definitely be back! My wife and I had a great stay at The Gregorian Hotel while we were in NYC for Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter concert at MetLife Stadium :) (GREAT SHOW). We picked this spot so we could do some sightseeing in the city beforehand, and it ended up being the perfect choice. The location is super convenient, close to everything we wanted to check out, and just a short walk to Penn Station, which made getting to NJ for the concert surprisingly easy. The staff was awesome, really friendly and helpful. Korey, in particular, was great. He took the time to walk us through how to navigate the trains to get to MetLife from Penn Station, which made the whole experience way less stressful. Overall, we had an awesome trip, and the hotel played a big part in that. Would definitely recommend The Gregorian to anyone coming into the city, especially if you’re planning to head to an event at MetLife.
