Great hotel, spectacular service. Abundant breakfast. Our suite was huge and very clean.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, very close to 3 subway stations and train to New Jersey.
I will definitely stay here again if I return to New York.

Same problem as others. The elevator is too slow and too old. The breakfast is not good either. I don't think it can reach the level of a four-star hotel. The bacon is all overcooked and the milk is not very tasty. But considering the hotel, it is still ok. I slept well.
