Otiima posizione vicino la stazione metro di Houston Street. Soho e’ un quartiere poco trafficato con molti ristoranti e pizzerie italiane. L’hotel ha stanze piuttosto piccole e non ha colazione al buffet. La sala colazione sarebbe uno Starbucks interno. Personale antipatico e lavativo. Ero con 2. figli e 5 bagagli pesanti e anziche’ accompagnarmi alla stanza mi hanno chiesto se avessi avuto bisogno di aiuto. Mi sembrava piuttosto evidente! Qualita’/prezzo sconveniente perche’ a Soho non ci sono molti hotel. Pensavo fosse un albergo migliore per essere un Marriott. Sono rimasto piuttosto deluso.

Very happy with my stay at Courtyard Soho. I selected it because it was very close to the Minetta Lane Theater, the Comedy Cellar and the restaurant Shuka, all of which I was going to on a short 36 hr trip. Weather was supposed to be rainy so I didn't want to have to walk far. First and best, I was able to check in upon arrival at about 11 am. I am Gold Elite Marriott Bonvoy so that may have helped and also I called while on the way and asked if I could check in. Wanted a quiet room and was given one in the back which was quiet. I don't know if hotel mgmt realizes how happy it makes most guests to be able to check in early. Also I was asked at check in if I wanted a late checkout (benefit of Gold status), which never happens anywhere that a hotel offers this. So I got a 2:00 checkout which was perfect. Room was good and I love the mini fridge to store breakfast and water. AC worked great. Perfect stay and I would stay here again!

The front desk staff was incredibly good. Having worked in the hotel business, I know how important the customer facing staff is. These people through 3 shifts were outstanding. Bravo!
