The soundproofing is very poor. I often hear the door next door closing and the equipment banging on the upper floors. The service is very untimely. The hair dryer is broken. The new one is old and can't be used at all. The equipment is old. The toilet is often blocked. I waited for 5 hours to send a hair dryer and asked for it 3 times. The toilet was even more exaggerated. I asked for it 5 times and waited for 6 hours. The view is really average. The price-performance ratio is too low.
