Location, cleanliness, staff, everything was great. Water, tea, and coffee were available in the lobby, and there was an ice machine, vending machines, microwave, and a large trash can on the floor where I stayed, which was convenient. I was able to eat the side dishes I bought for dinner at the breakfast canteen on the lobby floor. The air conditioning, hot water temperature, and water pressure in the shower were all good. I was also given snacks when I checked in. I'll stay here again! Thank you 😊

Everything is very good. It is in Midtown Manhattan, very close to the Flatiron Building. There is a subway station nearby. It is also convenient to walk to some attractions. The service staff is enthusiastic and patient in explaining, and also gave a welcome pack (with snacks and drinks). Our room is on the fourth floor, facing the street but not noisy at all.
