Facilities: General business hotel configuration, kitchen in the room, complete with everything
Hygiene: Fairly clean, but the flush toilet leaks
Environment: Surrounded by business hotels, homeless, messy surroundings, not very clean, public transportation is convenient, and everything is close
Service: Not much service, drinks and coffee are available on the first floor
In general, weekend prices are several times higher than weekdays, and there is no way to deal with this price in midtown Manhattan at that time. If you have a choice, don't choose to go to NYC on weekends

It has been a very enjoyable stay. Washing machine and dryer are free, located at the basement of the hotel. There is a kitchen with refrigerator that we can cook. Everything was good for us. The area can be quiet at night but there is a train station about 5 mins walk away. We have stayed at 3 hotels in NY during our stay and this is the best and most convenient.

The location was good because the bus terminal was close and Times Square was within walking distance. The hotel staff were all kind and helpful from check-in to check-out, so I was able to have a happy trip. They even helped me store my luggage, so I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip comfortably. The room would be great if things were working…the thermostat needed to be brought right up to the unit to sense temperature controls; the microwave didn’t work and they could not fix it, had to wait 36 hours for a follow up repair, that did not work-a huge inconvenience. And then a room cleaning was scheduled but housekeeping never came after a 6 hour wait.

It's very good. It's very close to the exhibition hall and the surroundings are convenient. But if you don't go there for a few years, there will be more and more homeless people.

The hotel is right in the center, very convenient for you to connect to the main points of new york. Fully furnished rooms and new equipment. staff is very slow and stocky still. do not help guests when checking in.
