The only good thing in this hotel is it's near JFK. But don't consider that as a reason to stay here. The public areas smells like ****. Especially the hallway and elevator. They have a poor customer service. They only serve cereal for the breakfast included in your room, that's not what you want to eat after a cancelled flight or delayed flight. Don't stay here. Save your dollars for a place where it's worth it!!!!

Couldn’t get ahold of shuttle so we had to get an uber to hotel. Long wait to check in. Very small place. Room was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was cereal and bread, disappointing. Return shuttle to JFK did not leave at scheduled time.

All positive reviews for this hotel are fake and should be ignored. DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE, it is not a proper hotel that do not honour pre paid bookings and do not provide refunds. Disgusting experience that should be avoided. At 2am we were told there was no room for us and we should stay somewhere else, even though we had paid upfront. We were not given a refund. TERRIBLE

From the moment I checked in, Sam was beyond helpful and very friendly each time we interacted. She helped checked me in fast and explained their amenities and the complimentary breakfast. Their complimentary airport shuttle is very helpful. Five star stay! Great staff.

It's convenient to the airport and quite comfortable. The room was a bit worn but clean and had the usual amenities. The airport shuttle doesn't start until 4 am but it was handy. Make sure to have the taxi take you to the Federal Circle drop-off and not directly to the departure terminal, as there is a huge surcharge.

The bed and bathroom was pretty clean no phone to use in the room if you need anything probably you should go to the front desk didn’t stay that long but is very convenient to go to the JFK Free shuttle bus is fired to the front desk agent was professional!!!
