The staff service is excellent, but the only downside is that the room is too small and the soundproofing is poor. You can practically accompany your neighbors and listen to the news and sports games all night.

I stayed in a bunk bed room with a shared bathroom. The room was small. There was a water tap. Slippers and towels were provided. There was also a hair dryer. The walls were thin, so I wouldn't recommend this place if noise bothers you.
The bathroom and toilet are in the same place and aren't that dirty. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided in the shower booth. There was a mirror and it was spacious, so you could take your time with your skin care.
The staff were not scary.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cheap place to stay in New York.
