This time, I ended up in a room where, despite having windows, hardly any light from outside came in, making the room very dark. It was a standard double-bed room, but the size of the room was sufficient. I was disappointed by the front desk staff, as their responses at check-in and to other inquiries lacked a sense of kindness.
The rooftop bar was very lively, bustling with many customers every day. The restaurant and bar on the first floor also had good food and drinks, and the staff were pleasant.
There seemed to be many young guests, and it was very noisy at night with people being loud in the hallway and their rooms.

Every year when I come to New York, the only major drawback is that it is expensive. Hahaha. To be honest, since I was traveling with friends, I wanted to choose a hotel with a better value for money. I didn’t have high expectations for this hotel at first. After all, it felt like a business hotel. Since my friends traveled at different times, we booked twin beds at first. Later, it became two rooms. The front desk lady directly upgraded us to two rooms for free. It was a suite. We didn’t need to check out and check in again, which saved a lot of procedures. It was really user-friendly and great.

The overall experience was extremely bad. There were no slippers, no water, and no towels. Because of the language barrier, I thought of the front desk to help me book a car, but I was told that this service was only provided when going to the airport!
