Location of the hotel is superb. It is within walking diatance to everything. The area is much less crowdes than those in the Times Square Area. It is also nice that it is just minutes away from Bryant Park.

The front desk staff were proactive in trying to solve problems, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. We didn’t want to know, but we ended up learning the hair color of the previous guest.
Having only two elevators was an inconvenience, but the relaxed pace of travel made it more tolerable. The hot water and coffee were really great.

The room is clean and the location is convenient. It is close to Macy's, convenient for shopping, and close to the subway. The breakfast is average. There are only two elevators, which makes it inconvenient to take the subway during peak hours.

The location is very good, and it is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby.
However, it was quite noisy outside during my stay this time, and I lived on the 2nd floor, which made it even noisier.

The room is small and the hygiene is very poor. My daughter and I both had rashes all over our bodies. I don't know if it was caused by mites or other invisible unhygienic bacteria in the quilt. Anyway, we both had rashes and lumps, which were red and itchy. The quilt was not a full-cover quilt cover. The breakfast was also terrible. I don't recommend it at all!
