Double Hilton Hotel in Downtown NY was in an excellent location in terms of transport. For example, taking the South Ferry Line 1 is one of the best kept secrets as it can get you to all the key destinations like Central Park, Time Square etc… For sure, it will be my hotel for next time

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité du WTC, de battery park et de Wall Street, à 15-20min à pied du pont de Brooklyn, plusieurs lignes de métro au bout de la rue. Chambre avec 2 lits queen size propre malgré l’usure du temps, la literie est très confortable, cependant la chambre peut être étroite si vous êtes 4 adultes avec 4 grosses valises. Dommage que le personnel ne soit pas forcément aimable, manque de chaleur humaine. Ordinateurs et imprimantes à disposition à la réception. Très bon compromis qualité prix.

完全不符合希爾頓的房間標準，從來沒有住過這樣的房間，噩夢一樣的經歷。電梯就不説了，一共兩部，四十多層樓，可以想象要等多久。
房間裏的電視每天早上5點會突然自動打開，第一天自動打開後，很嚇人，驚醒了家人和孩子，第二天又是這樣，衹好去前台找人來維修；
浴室的門關不上漏水，這個很多客人的評價都説了，洗完澡以後衞生間裏全是水，體驗非常差；
最最過分的是，住了兩天後，早上要求服務員換一下床單被套，服務員在隔壁房間打掃，特地跟他們當面説好換床單被套，然後留下小費，就出門了。結果傍晚回來，發現根本沒有換，原來床單上有些臟的地方還在那裡。
前台的態度，可以參考其他評論，離店時反饋了這些情況，前台並不在意你的感受。
The experience staying at DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown was really terrible. TV set in the room always turned on automatically early in the morning at 5 o'clock, which scared us a lot because everybody was sleeping at that time.
The door of the shower room leaked water, so there are a lot of water in the bathroom after shower.
We asked to change bed sheet on the third day morning, told the waiter to change the sheets in person, and then we paid some tips. But when we came back to the hotel, we found they didn't change!

酒店大廳有微波爐可以熱食物，且提供熱水。雙床房房間比較小，落腳的地方都快沒了。位置絕佳，下了樓走一小段路就是地鐵和華爾街charging bull，屬於是downtown中的downtown了。走路十幾分鍾便可來到哈德遜河畔，欣賞布魯克林大橋和城市天際線。
