I had a pleasant stay at Tempo by Hilton Times Square. The hotel was spotless — everything felt new and well-maintained. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Times Square, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.
The service was good overall; the staff were friendly and helpful, though a bit more attentiveness would have made the experience even better. The amenities were average — functional but nothing particularly special. For the price, I expected a bit more variety or comfort in that area.
Overall, a clean and modern hotel with an excellent location, perfect for a short stay in New York.

房間比想象中大很多 落地窗能看到曼哈頓街景很不錯👍🏻入住的旅客很多 在大廳check in需要排隊一會 入住不提供免費的瓶裝水 但是酒店走廊有免費的自助接水機！這一點非常方便 可以隨時接水喝～廁所非常大且乾淨！兩個行李箱攤開放在房間裏也完全不擁擠。下次來還會再考慮入住的！

就在時代廣場的旁邊，嗯，我住的房間窗户可以直接看到時代廣場的啊，三個大屏幕。呃，大家覺得紐約的地鐵非常危險，但是呢，我覺得其實還是很安全的，地鐵站就在賓館的樓下。唯一的缺點是房間太小了，嗯連箱子都不能打開，箱子衹能拿了衣服馬上就衹能關起來。但是有一説一，房間真的是超級乾淨，由於房間小，所以空調衹要兩分鐘就可以製冷非常高效

我們要的是雙床房，房間在這寸土寸金的地段真的算大的。
設計感挺強的，看着挺舒服。
我已經不會再住這家，有2個原因:
1. 床品臟到誇張，我們沒有可以去檢查，發現的都是明顯的，血跡、黃斑、多種黑色物資，大的一塊都快有巴掌大。這些都是明顯的問題，所以讓我對保潔和洗衣房質量擔憂；
2. 空調和抽風一樣，開的冷空調，有一天晚上突然開始吹暖（不是很燙）風。然後我的房間風速調整不起作用，空調會像發瘋了一樣嗚嗚作響，睡覺時衹能關掉，但是那樣由有點熱。
其他的話，1. 它的門不在broadway. 在拐過來的47th。
2. 它不像是個酒店，沒有供客人使用的大堂，沒有一般酒店有的設施，有一個自助小賣部，有一個餐廳/bar。
3. 默認收$34.5天的urban destination charge，這點我沒有意見，訂房時就已經標註了（雖然不常見）。然後入住時，前台會給一張名片大小的説明，這$34.5有什麼價值，但是可能是前台工作人員不夠的原因，他們不是耐心熱心的那種，半個字都不願意多少。這張紙給到我，也不解釋它是什麼，每晚$10消費券是幾點到幾點算1晚？（不疊加的哦，過期作廢）。 另外零食小賣部的東西出奇的貴，一定不要選擇超過$10的東西，我選了個$16的卷，減去$10就是$6，外面便利店也就是$4-6。
4.毛巾浴巾的質量也是和普通的，房間沒有水。牙刷拖鞋可以打電話要，但是電話機上基本衹能打前台，我打了4次，接通了2次。然後送拖鞋牙刷，還要給小費。

地理位置不錯，時代廣場樓上，到的時間比較早升級一下高樓層立馬可以入住，關鍵一天加50刀也能接受給了45樓，服務衞生很不錯，黑哥情緒價值拉滿，還有每天送10🔪消費券，不過沒用，唯一就是被紐約的警車給吵到45樓還能聽到
