The grand old lady of Park Avenue was the epitome of art deco elegance. One can only hope that when it reopens the renovators haven’t torn its soul from it. The staff and service were always superb! We have never had a bad stay here and revel in the 1920’s glamour of the lobby. Rooms are supremely comfortable and the food is to die for!

I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria last weekend and it absolutely exceeded my expectations!!! What a beautiful hotel. That staff was warm, friendly and helpful and the room was just beautiful. I was given a corner room so I had a wonderful view from two sides and the room was decorated to the grandeur that is the Waldorf! My only complaint was that I couldn't stay longer. Thank you for an incredible stay, I'll certainly stay again on my next visit!

Magnificent Hotel. True Class. Fine Dining. The Waldorf Astoria is one of New york Cities Top Hotels for many good reasons. Located in Manhattan near Central Park, fine shopping and top Restaurants. You pay top dollar, but you get what you pay for.

Absolutely cannot fault the Beautiful room, epic view. It was a very central Location. Very very very busy hotel especially in the lobby with tourists taking photos. Very tired but works as it is a tradition hotel and you can feel like you are stepping back in time.

Well Well Well, what can i say..... the most loveliest hotel with real class, we were really made to feel special - great team and great hospitality. we had a few drinks and lunch too, cannot fault anything. wish we could stay longer. great Stay Waldorf.

Everything is amazing here. The rooms, restaurants, bars. And the history and architecture. The location is amazing however some things could do with a little tender care like some decor in corridors etc but otherwise..Love, love, love ❤️

We stayed at this institution of a hotel when we went for an east coast vacation to visit my husband's relatives. Located in the middle of NYC, it was great for being able to walk to Rockefeller Center, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and lots of restaurants (I'll probably write some reviews about some of those as well) The staff are of the upmost in professionalism. Its not trendy or modern, by any stretch of the imagination, but its regal and made for a great home during our stay in the Big Apple.

Rats in the motel, staff refused to offer a refund, originally I was to enjoy July 3 and July 4 festivities but sure enough there was a rat in my motel, this is last time I will be booking any hotels in New York. Disgusted

Actually visit there in January 2017. Very traditional and exactly what we were expecting. The rooms were dated but it adds to the flare of the hotel. Because we visited at Christmas time all the decorations were still out and it was quite lovely.
