Let’s not talk about the sanitary environment for now, after all, it is not a particularly expensive hotel. Ctrip indicated that there were hair dryers, but it turned out to be at the front desk, not in every room. Moreover, the two hair dryers at the front desk were broken and completely unusable!

Good value for money. Elevator, Room with window onto quiet street. Very clean room and bathroom. Well located in a quiet area close to the Manhattan Bridge.

Rooms were clean. Bed was clean. Washroom clean. Elevators work but slow. Ac is good. TV works. There was a safe in the room.
Towels had a small hole. Service desk attendant was ok.

This hotel CHEATs on the price!!! DO NOT book here!!! I booked the hotel on TravelURO, and paid full amount covering everything. However, when arriving at the hotel, they asked to paid a called "service fee" (not resort fee). I asked why, they said the website does not show the correct amount. Even if I show them my receipt, they said they do not see the same amount on their side and insisted to charge me extra fees. They uses fake amount on website to lure people coming, and then charge extra fees! What a cheating hotel!!!

Canal Loft stay
The loft was a perfect inexpensive getaway for a concert nearby. The room was small and didn’t offer any fridge, microwave, or shampoo. It was a bargain find, so it met the need for the short trip.

Very nice staff, small room but was perfect for myself and my partner. We enjoyed our night in NYC very much, thanks in major part to how kind the staff at the hotel!
