The front desk of the hotel has a bad attitude. I have stayed in many hotels. I have never encountered such a situation. It is very bad. The private passport and credit card were copied without asking the hotel. I also got a response saying that I don’t want to stay. I only booked this hotel when I had no room. It was a very bad experience. Landmine Hotel has no equipment, everything is very old, and there is no refrigerator. The hotel is afraid that we will damage his things😆

My 10 year old daughter and I had a wonderful experience at the Leon Hotel. The hotel is clean and well taken after. The staff is very friendly and always available. The hotel is located in a great spot. We felt very safe at walking around the area it is located. We were about a 4 minute walk to the Grand St Subway, which pretty much easily took us anywhere we wanted to go. We went to a Broadway show, Prospect Zoo in Brooklyn, Ellen's Star Dust Diner, Rockefeller Plaza, Times Square. The hotel is also just about a 5-minute walk to Little Italy and 30 minute walk to Union Square for lots of great shopping and markets. We made a mistake in taking a cab from JFK to the hotel. Later realized you can get an Uber shuttle. We met the shuttle in Washington Square, and it was only $30 vs the $160 we would have paid for a normal Uber transportation. We will be coming back and bringing the rest of our family.

We had a great time at Leon Hotel in NY. The room was very spacious for NY standards. Zaf at the reception was very friendly and supportive. Thank you Zaf!

The hotel was very clean our beds and our room were extremely comfortable! Each and every request that we made over the past few days was met quickly. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and also very professional. The location was great also.
