The Box House Hotel

The box house hotel was a great stay and really made my trip to Brooklyn enjoyable. Bethani was amazing throughout my stay, super helpful, and made my experience that much better. Thank you again!

I was here with my daughter visiting Brooklyn and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was lovely- front desk staff was wonderful - Kristina, Denise and Rai were all so friendly, warm, and accommodating - as well as everyone else that helped us whose names I don’t have. The breakfast was fresh and high quality and a great value, and the Brooklyn Lantern staff were very helpful and nice (and were able to let us know what was safe for my daughter with food allergies to eat). The hotel itself is stunning and charming. Peaceful, quiet, spacious. We appreciated the vintage quirks and the small touches everywhere that make this hotel unique and memorable. Location is also very convenient - 15 min drive to midtown! Affordable Uber ride to anywhere in Williamsburg (or can walk, which we did some of the time). G subway station nearby too. Greenpoint itself is charming & gorgeous! Can walk 5 minutes to see beautiful sunset over Manhattan skyline (photo attached). Adorable shops, restaurants, bars, beautiful architecture. Overall I would highly recommend staying here, and plan to stay here again the next time I am in NYC.

I have never spent much time in New York, so l researched areas to stay, many hotels and Air Bnbs, and eventually landed on the Box House Hotel. I am so happy I did. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out was incredibly quick and easy. The space was clean and as described. The area is walkable to many amazing restaurants, bars, parks, and markets. A grocery store is right down the road with all the amenities you'd need to stock up on or pick up if you forgot something. We circled around a few times until a parking spot opened up nearby - no biggie and honestly found parking faster than expected given the area! Our room was quiet and we felt right at home. Would absolutely stay here again!

Dylan was absolutely stellar and he made our stay wonderful. 1000x1000 recommend coming here because the rooms are just gorgeous…. But Dylan is absolutely that guy and he got us in fast without issues. Fun to talk to and has great personality. I’ve worked in customer service for years and he has every great quality a company needs. Keep it going 👏.
