The room was not turned one day, which I understand can happen. Unfortunately when I mentioned this before leaving for dinner the.hotel thought it appropriate to leave sheets and towels on an unmaid bed, leaving the existing dirty towels in the shower and room unturned.. We phoned down but at this point cleaning had gone for the day. I noticed they had only supplied 2 towels for 4 people so at this point I requested 2 more towels. While we were making our own beds, two towels were deliver by seemingly a very annoyed worker. We then realized a flat sheet was missing, We once again called down and requested a flat sheet. The response by the front desk was absolutely ridiculous, “(big sigh) really, I just sent somebody up”. We then waited 45 minutes for the flat sheet (we were on the 2nd floor). When the sheet was delivered my daughter was told “it wasn’t cool that we called down so many times”. When I went down to confront the staff that this was unacceptable, both employees were there, never offered an apology but requested I “tone it down”. I can live with a sub-par hotel but the absolutely horrible service here should make you look elsewhere. Also, please keep in mind, due to work travel, I am somewhere between a silver and a platinum bonvoy customer. Book elsewhere, trust me. Also, I have noted the names of the two employees involved if Marriott is serious about customer service and if they want to discuss.

First night major elevator problems, plumbing problems. Next night very loud banging of metal. Rooms tiny, ours view of brick wall. Roof top closed for private parties. Hallways narrow and claustrophobic Place is clean Good location Talked to staff several times no satisfaction On checking out, manager asked if every thing was ok? I told him no Response was a shrug
