Decent hotel in a fairly convenient area. Can be a bit noisy because it's right on the street. Budget and you get what you pay for! All in all a decent hotel. Breakfast leaves much to be desired.

The room is a bit small, but it is quite satisfactory in New York where every inch of land is valuable. The lady at the front desk can speak Chinese and is very enthusiastic, which improves the communication efficiency a lot.

Établissement propre, salle de déjeuner, couloirs,chambre, salle de bains, .. Nous avons dormi 3 nuits au Madison LES Hotel, au sud de Chinatown fin août 2022. Chambres propres et literie très confortable. Produits d'hygiène dans la salle de bain, cafetière et bouilloire dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner inclus et varié. Terrasse (avec vue sur le Manhattan Bridge) et salle de sports ouvertes 24h/24h. Bagagerie, café et limonade disponibles à l'accueil, machine à glaçons et fontaine à eau, distributeur d'argent, boissons fraîches. Ascenseur. Climatisation réversible et réglable dans la chambre. Rideaux occultants. Prises USB dans la chambre Personnel disponible et réactif. Très bien situé A 15 Min à pieds du pont de Brooklyn et 25 min du site du World Trade Center. Métro ligne F. Soho, Chinatown, Little Italy Wall Street se font facilement à pieds. Promenade le long de l'East River à 10 min des balançoires du PIER 35 ou du PIER 17. Bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande cet hôtel. Points négatifs le bruit du train depuis certaines chambres mais il ne circule pas la nuit et le jour on visite New York, donc ce n'est pas si dérangeant que ça Les chambres familiales, et les lits doubles qui y sont installés sont un peu étroits pour des adultes. Les chariots de service obligés de passer par là salle du petit déjeuner pour accéder à l'ascenseur mais en faisant bien attention aux clients.

Confirmed reservation from March but they moved us elsewhere to a apartment building under construction. We were told the room would be bigger. It was newly done but shoddily. Even the elevator controls on our floor were slipping down (not mounted correctly). The bed was a Murphy bed which had a single mattress which was hard like a box spring. No tv or coffeemaker in the room. Lighting was from ceiling can lights. When asked as we checked out how our stay was, I told him that it was very uncomfortable. Suggested that they add another mattress and some floor lamps. When we checked in, reception asked us if we had been called about this switching. We had not. More communication. Obviously can’t comment on the hotel itself. No way I would ever use this hotel again.
