Localização perfeita… ao lado do Grand Central Terminal em midtown…com supermercado próximo, onde compramos os itens e preparávamos o café da manhã. No hotel diariamente tinha uma atividade na cobertura para os hóspedes/proprietários. Tudo Limpo e organizado. Na recepção tem um atendente brasileiro super solícito.

The location and the resort staff are the great parts of this property. The sales staff was shamefully disrespectful once I started saying no to their presentation offers. And since it is that way at almost every Wyndham resort, their apologies and promises of improvement are meaningless. You just have to price in that disrespect as a part of the whole package.

IF YOU COME HERE AND REPRESENTATIVES TRY TO SELL YOU A MEMBERSHIP FOR CLUB WYNDHAM, DO NOT DO IT. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. TRUST ME, I RECENTLY FELL FOR IT AND I DEEPLY REGRET IT. I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS AND REPRESENTATIVES WERE UNABLE TO HELP ME BOOK 2 SIMPLE VACATIONS. THERE IS NO AVAILABILITY ANYWHERE.

The room was lovely the process to get your key was awful. I was in New York for 3 nights. I was hassled on my way in, on our way to a show. And i mean i couldn't get my key card to my room until i agreed to go to a presentation. I finally said they couldn't make me go and they finally gave me the card. Then called us 20 min after getting to the room. Then on our way out to the show they hassled us again. Then phone calls every day and then we finally gave in and went we they didn't even have time for us and there was no breakfast. They lied to get us to go. The property is nice and great location but just say no to the sales presentation. They won't give you your key if your an owener. It is really frustrating.

Please everyone listen carefully, these people are scammers, they make false promises and show fake destinations that you won’t ever be able to book due to certain restrictions and regulations. Stay far away from these crooks they’re evil. Very very evil and they are 100% manipulating liars who say whatever to sell you on a false dream. They gave us a voucher that sounded good but when we went to actually redeem it, we could not because the place they promised us was good to go did not allow more than 2 people. We told them specifically we have kids and as a family we want to travel and they said yes these hotels will take you. Every hotel we looked was either 2 or 4 not 5 or 6. They charged us to attend this meeting and then charged us again even after the meeting was completed which wasn’t apart of the deal. Stay far away from these scammers they are liars and I’m ashamed that I ever attended one of these time share voucher scams.

Nos alojamos por intermedio de RCI, una semana Excelente experiencia muy confortable estadía. Equipado con todo lo necesario. muy buena ubicación con medios de transporte y comercios en cercanía. Destaco la atención y amabilidad de Stephanie y de uno de los empleados de la noche, que no recuerdo su nombre que estuvo atento a una dificultad de salud de mi esposo. Lo recomendamos sin dudarlo y nos encantaría volver a alojarnos allí
