Being a huge traveler myself I know how important choosing the right accommodations is for a smooth and enjoyable trip. There is also a Keurig machine with unlimited coffee capsules for coffee lovers, also chocolate and tea capsules as well. * Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ ESPN+ * Ask Alexa anything. * Free street parking * 24 hrs communication with host. * ONLY FOR PEOPLE THAT RENT THE APARTMENT FOR A MONTH. The utilities aren't included in the MONTHLY rent and run for $300.00/Month * Utilities shall be paid directly to host at check-in. Guest access There would be a lockbox with key for self-check in. Or you can request to be check in by someone for $30.00 from 3pm to 7pm and $100 from 7pm to midnight.
