Ramada by Wyndham Brooklyn Near Flatbush

The room was fine and clean for the location despite the fact that everything was small in size. If hotel parking was available it would have made it easier for guests.

Front desk was nice upgraded us from queen to king. Soon as walked in hotel room a roach jumped out on the tv that was gross. Never seen the roach for the rest of the night after that. Heard neighbors through wall in middle of night on a Monday night. Hot water wasn’t too hot. Had to run hot water for awhile.

Room service was slow, sometimes they didn’t even show up. Ramada in dubai was excellent experience but this one was average.

Location was great. Access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and shopping areas. Can’t provide any comments about the service other than that the reception was good. They did have  The room itself was very small. It came with a king bed which made it even smaller. There was no closet available other a place to hang hangers. Only one drawer was provided to store personal items and a tiny refrigerator. Although useless the room had a very nice tv but no WiFi so you were relegated to watching four channels.

I booked this hotel because the ones we usually stay at in Sheepshead bay were sold out and we needed to visit family nearby. I figured the hotel seemed new so it couldn’t be too bad. We had a 2 double bed room that was extremely small meaning you had to climb on the bed to access the a/c unit because the bed was literally stuck to the wall on that side and there was no more than 1 foot separating the beds. As well it’s important to note that the beds are double size and not queen, so they’re 6 inches smaller. The beds were comfortable though. The only lighting in the room were the 2 fixtures pictured however they were both on the same switch meaning you could only have both lights on or off, no other lighting was provided. The bathroom had a sliding door that had no handle. The bathroom sink was extremely small and whenever we washed our hands the water went all over the floor. There was not a single shelf or hook in the bathroom to hang your clothes or a towel. One of us used the shower and there was no hot water so needless to say it was not a pleasant experience. In the room the only nightstand was the tiny one in between the beds so there was no room to put away glasses or anything else. Cleaning is sub par and the cleaning lady only came at 4:30 pm. Continental breakfast was included and the choices were decent, the lady who was there was very helpful but note that there were only 4 tables in the breakfast area and most were usually taken. One last thing: the hotel has no parking. All in all I would not willingly stay here again.

The check in was great and very nice . Sunny and parshan were very helpful. Location good. Nice quiet hotel . Serve good breakfast. Rooms are clean but a bit small. The beds are good but smaller than usual especially the queen one. Overall experience is good but can be improved
