I don’t understand the bad reviews. I was very hesitant to stay here after reading the reviews, but this hotel was perfect. We arrived after midnight and used uber, but finding the hotel wasn’t difficult. The hotel does exist, and it’s new and clean. The front desk clerk was very friendly. Our room was perfect. 2 beds, a microwave, fridge, and storage space. The bathroom was modern. Shower pressure was great, and no issues with water temperature. There soap and shampoo/conditioner provided. The view of Manhattan was amazing! I will say the complaints appear to be exaggerations to me. Obviously if you’re not staying in Manhattan this hotel would be out of the way. I’m guessing people choose this hotel for the price, and the price is definitely fair. Room is nice, breakfast is complimentary, there is a small gym, a nice area to sit on the 2nd floor and the lobby. There’s also a rooftop on 2nd floor that you could go look at the skyline. I would definitely stay here again.

Not cleaning.I asked some towels to front desk two times.they brought them lately.no water.no working coffee machine,no refills coffee and teas.

Great place to stay if you want to travel in and out city to not break bank on Manhattan hotel prices, the staff is freindly , the service is good, the area trips you out bc of location but cant complain price is reasonable , would recommend

DIRTY and DISGUSTING! Huge gross stains on the bed sheets, hair everywhere, room floor was dirty and had nail clippings. So gross
