Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and beds comfortable but small. Friendly and helpful staff. Good TV and shower. Neighborhood was busy with good restaurants nearby. There was some light and sound in the room but easily manageable with eye masks and earplugs. We were not happy about undisclosed service charge and undisclosed charge for rollaway bed that we had reserved in advance with no mention of an extra cost.

Last spring break of 2025 my daughter and I styaed in this hotel. I super love this hotel. perfect! This hotel is cheap in price, but the service and the hotel is very excellent. This hotel deserved a 5 star rating.

This hotel is sitting in a convenient location in Flushing, walking distance to Tangram Mall and main street. Staff are friendly and surrounding feels safe. Will stay over again in the future.

Staff was friendly the only thing I think could improve is the WiFi signal other than that beds were comfortable water was hot.. very convenient location! Staff was awesome!!

Roaches, ants and issues
Stayed here once before, it was fine. But last night the first room was ant infested. So I moved to another room with a roach that greeted me at the door. He moved me to a 3rd room which had a pool of water on the floor. By that time, I was too tired to ask for another room and I believe he said that was the last one. I couldn't sleep well as I was thinking something was going to bite me. Then in the morning I saw that my phone never charges and was dead because the outlets in that room didnt work. Upon leaving I asked for at least a partial refund and he said he escalated it to his manager.
