The customer service and cleanliness of this hotel really need to be improved. Especially when booking this hotel, you need to pay special attention to the fee for swiping your card. The fee you pay when you arrive at the hotel is different from the fee you booked online on Trip. There is really no guarantee. Ask trip customer service. The answer they got was that they didn’t know the reason and had to ask the hotel, but the hotel was currently unable to provide details, which was very insecure for consumers. They would reconsider whether to book a room at the hotel next time!

Appreciate the free upgrade to a suite room. it was a comfortable stay in New York with great views at the big balcony. Room was clean with everything we need.
