Old School but Very Nice
This place is old school. My room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Had a nice room overlooking the back canal. Plenty of food choices close. Would I stay there again ?? Definitely !!

A Bed Close to JFK
Perfect for what I needed: very basic, fair price, convenient parking, and real close to JFK. Joe at the front desk was helpful with a great attitude.Support stores next door.

Ok. Good and Bad.
People talking kind of loud in the hallway at 2 am, not really the motels fault. Good inch of light under the (hollow?) door. Heater dirty like dryer lint (most hotels have this problem). Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The view of the water and the breeze from the water is really great! Make sure you get a room facing the water not the street. A bit expensive for what you get but right now what isn’t expensive for what you get? Bit of a mixed bag. Good enough if you are easy going and flexible, not good enough if you are picky/ particular.

Motel consigliato da amici americani in occasione del Columbus Day di New York si è rivelato ottimo e funzionale! Arrivati in gruppo con la Polizia di Stato italiana, a pochi passi dalla fermata pullman per raggiungere la metropolitana, comodissima per recarsi a Manhattan e godere della grande Mela! Ottimo servizio, personale disponibilissimo e sempre pronto a consigliare le migliori soluzioni. Servizio automatico di bibite h/24 anche con carta di credito, comodissimo!. A due passi dall' aeroporto JFK! IMPAGABILE COMODITÀ! Tornerei sicuramente! Consigliato! P.s. Abbiamo potuto lasciare le nostre valige, al termine della vacanza, per tutto il giorno fino alla sera, quando era previsto il nostro volo alle 21,45. Esperienza positiva! Grazie!

Ottimo per pulizia e posizione rispetto all'aeroporto JFK. Letti comodissimi per riposo e relax.. Per raggiungere il centro di New York occorre autobus (a 200 metri) + metro (dopo 3 fermate di autobus) Per cibo e bevande si deve usufruire delle macchinette. Non è dotato di ristorante ma nelle vicinanze è pieno di locali per colazioni, pranzi e cene Tranquillo

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, con il bus è' facile raggiungere la metro e raggiungere Manhattan centro..personale gentile e disponibile, letti comodi, buona pulizia. Ottimo parcheggio nel retro con vista sulla baia. Ottima vicinanza all'aeroporto JFK

I stayed at this motel June 2, 2024. I was having my 50th birthday celebration at Vetro’s, the following day my husband and I had an early flight to Jamaica. I arrive at 2:30pm to have my hairdresser and her assistance start working on my mom hair and makeup. They were NEVER left alone. The night before my party I had packed everything and left inside the room until my party ended because my mom was going to grab everything and take it back to my house. The only people in my room were my mom, aunt and my husband. The following morning we left on our trip. I return from Jamaica to put my stuff away and a white gold ring was missing and my coach sunglasses, but left the case. I called the motel only to be insulted and was told that they would be deleting the video. If you have NOTHING to hide why are you deleting videos. If I have NOTHING to hide I would show you the video. ABSOLUTELY NO INTEGRITY! I’m pressing charges. DON’T stay here PLEASE! Making sure EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!

well i had to return for a funeral and drove right up without any reservation, When i arrived i pulled in the parking lot that had a few cars there at 10 p.m and when i went to the desk was ignored . This is NOT a family place by the sea near Rockaway Beach . It looked like a no tell Motel . Not recommended for funerals in Howard Beach . but the neighborhood although changed significantly still has good italian food .

Hotel in need of total refurbishment roo.s are drab with plaster blistering woodwork in bathroom rotten Only good thing beds very comfortable Hotel noisy during night with people in corridor and doors slamming Not recommended only booked as all hotels near JFK fully booked due to flight cancellations and if they had rooms they were charging more than double normal room rates
