Great location, 2 minute walk from Penn Station and MSG. You can go anywhere in a very quick time. Continental breakfast was super useful and the staff were extremely friendly!!! Super fair price for the location, especially in Manhattan. Would come here again if I had to. I want to thank Sunny for being so courteous and friendly!

The staff here are extremely friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful of all the guests. I didn't have a single negative interaction with them, and as long as you're respectful of them and the other guests (as well as quiet during quiet hours and following the very simple rules) you shouldn't either. The bathrooms completely surprised me with how clean they were, I didn't see any mess a single time, the water for the showers and sinks are always hot, and the other guests are as polite and considerate as they can be. The actual sleeping space, despite its size, has all you'll need, a replaceable bath towel, a very nice, neat bed, a deceptively good sized trash can, a little desk for any extra appliances that also has a fan, and plenty of storage room under the bed and desk. I never felt unsafe while I was here. The breakfast is a bonus on top of all of that, unfortunately I couldn't eat much of it due to time, but there was always something available when I saw the offerings. Great local

Great breakfast! Perfect and safe location for exploring NYC. Quick to resolve issues with noisy guests during quiet time. Very nice host SUNNY – helpful, always in a good mood, and talkative. Caring cleaning lady – thumbs up for her!

This place feels like home. Sunny (the host) and all the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend for everyone who wants to enjoy NYC on foot. Best place ever! Thanks again Sunny for your kindness and for the amazing gifts.
