It was a very stylish and fashionable hotel. The front desk staff were very kind and allowed me to check in early even though I arrived early. If I could have one request, it would have been nice if there was an electric kettle. If I go to NY again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

#positive #I was happy with the Nearby Shops; #negative #I was disappointed with the Room Size, Soundproofing, Room Layout; Stayed in made for four nights, the room was small but the lobby was comfortable. On the third night, something outrageous happened. I was woken up by the smoke in the middle of the night, and I immediately called someone to come to see it. Finally, I found out that the staff made a mistake on the second floor, which caused the food in the microwave to burn severely. Send it to the 5th floor through the exhaust outlet. Such a serious accident without an alarm is definitely a major safety hazard. Not recommended to stay!

I loved my stay at the Made Hotel. It took me a while to find a hotel in New York that I hadnt heard of before, and I am so glad I decided to book this one! The atmosphere they have managed to create is a nice balance between a local small boutique hotel feel with all luxury comforts! I loved that the lobby was used by locals and travellers, the bar and coffee shop are very good with free wine hour in the afternoon and free coffee all day for guests. The rooftop bar, while not super high, still has nice views and ambience. The staff were all very helpful, and shout out to Yankee who let us know about all of the hotel amenities and was just very nice to talk to! The rooms were the biggest highlight for me, the modern design and layout I loved, but the bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and I travel a lot! I booked the lead in room, so space for luggage was tight but to be expected - there are drawers in the room but no hanging space. I loved my stay and look forward to coming back.

I can't say enough great things about MADE --- what a great experience from start to finish! Everyone at the front reception was friendly, hospitable, accommodating, helpful, caring -- this is why you choose boutique hotels over bigger hotels, because they remember your face, your family, your story, why you're visiting. Top notch service! Requested firmer pillows, got them! Asked for more body wash, received! Super clean rooms, great views, NYC vibes, perfect central location -- LOVE LOVE LOVE! Thank you so much for making our daughter's birthday hotel stay a fantastic experience! Will highly recommend for anyone visiting NYC.
