The place is nice and big with lounge and areas to hang out including the very big roof garden.
The room was compact and good. I like the simple layout. But there was an ant problem I found them crawling over the desk table and floor where I put my things and bags. So I cleaned it twice and moved my stuff, but the room doesn’t have much space elsewhere. Unfortunately I suffered from 6 big bites on my back, arms and legs while staying so can’t say it wasn’t bed bugs!

I have been to New York several times, and this is my favorite hotel. Good environment, good hardware, humanized facilities, considerate and thoughtful service, and they also prepared kettles for Chinese tourists. Highly recommended!

Yes, the pods are small, but they are also modern, functional and well-priced. With the subway a very short walk away, it rarely took more than 20 minutes to get to Midtown Manhattan. Moreover, there were great restaurants and grocery stores just minutes away. This is a great introduction into Brooklyn and a more affordable option to staying in Manhattan.
