The room is very small and the corridor smells bad. I found that many heiren stayed in this hotel. The front desk provides Chinese service, and the brothers and sisters are very nice. The breakfast is not very good, every day it is white porridge and pickled mustard, and then a few kinds of bread, which is really not as good as the Ramada next door. There is a target mall next to the hotel, Prince Street is in front, and Main Street is further down. There are many places to eat. The point is that it is like a small county in China, basically all the words are in Chinese; there is also a subway in front that goes directly to Manhattan.

Good location - many eateries, restaurants and supermarkets, shopping malls nearby within walking distance. Subway 7 is straight line walking distance.
Breakfast - plain porridge with pickles, bread, pastries, DIY waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruits and also hot and cold beverages. We enjoyed the food.
Service - friendly staff especially the aunty-in-charge of breakfast.
Hotel room - clean and neat. Bed was comfortable with clean bedding. Only eyesore thing is the few broken floor tiles around the centre in the toilet (looked old broken tiles)and not sure why no repair.
