New Taipei City Xinzhuang District 3-star Hotels

The overall environment feels clean and comfortable. No odor or smoke smell. The breakfast is quite satisfactory and is a ********* specialty. The front desk staff was polite and patient. I forgot to bring the charging cable, but I didn’t expect to be able to borrow one. What a surprise! The location is convenient and fits the simple environment I want to live in.

the motel is located near a train station, and is ~20 min walking distance to zepp new taipei, very convenient for us as we were there for a concert. it is also ~20 min walking distance in another direction to where most of the food places are. we highly recommend this place!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as great as the first! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay. I’d definitely come back again.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 10days and 9nights. Thank you for the complimentary room upgrade – it was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and the bed was incredibly soft and large, making for a very comfortable night's sleep. Appreciated the complimentary bottled water as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever needed. The front desk even had a luggage scale available, which was really convenient for travel preparations. The hotel's location is excellent, it's surrounded by convenience stores like Family Mart and small shopping malls, with easy access to both the metro and bus stops, making it perfect for getting around the city. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be returning for another stay!

I stayed at Hilton Taipei Sinban from July 2–7, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property. Pros: The hotel’s location is convenient, especially being close to the MRT line that connects to most tourist attractions. That part, I’m happy with. Cons: 1. Service Disappointment: I arrived at midnight and was surprised to see a paper notice at check-in saying the hotel no longer provides single-use toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc.) since Jan 1, 2025. I don’t recall seeing this clearly stated on Trip.com when I booked, if it was there, it wasn’t obvious. When I asked the receptionist, his response felt robotic and impatient. No attempt to explain nicely but just repeated the statement like a machine. It didn’t feel like Hilton-level hospitality at all. 2. Breakfast Quality: Honestly, I had a better experience at DoubleTree Hilton Johor Bahru, which is supposedly a lower-tier Hilton brand. The breakfast here was underwhelming with limited variety — not what you’d expect from a premium Hilton. Overall, this property feels more like a 3.5-star hotel wearing a 5-star badge. It’s disappointing, especially for loyal Hilton guests.

The equipment and environmental sanitation meet my requirements, but the booking fee on the platform is actually more expensive than that at the counter. I don’t know why.

The front desk staff was very polite and the service was good. The room has an independent air conditioner and you can set the temperature freely. There is also a heater in the bathroom. The equipment is not bad, but the room has a strong smell of shop smell that cannot be dissipated until check-out. The door of the room The automatic door closing force of the bow machine is too strong. You can feel the sound and vibration of other rooms on the same floor closing one after another in the room. The location is just between Fuzhong Station and Banqiao Station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to get there. Transportation convenient.

1. The counter response training was insufficient. Due to his own negligence, he was unable to find the passenger's booking information (all available information was provided to the counter). When he finally found it, he kept explaining that it was because the passenger's information was provided incorrectly, which is extremely ridiculous; 2. The room facilities are old and the bed is hard; 3. There are some hairs on the bed and bathroom and the TV remote control feels like it has not been wiped for a long time; 4. The location is very good. It is only a 5-minute walk from Banqiao Station and there is a bus stop downstairs. It is very convenient to go anywhere.

I stopped by because I had some free time before leaving the airport. I rented it for a day and left after 5 hours, but it seems you can calculate it by the hour as well. The surroundings are noisy, there is no soundproofing, and the facilities are so-so. The counter man is very friendly and the service is good. It would be a good idea to inquire or visit and take a break in a large room.
