Hotels in Banqiao Train Station, New Taipei City

The hotel is great, very clean, the staff are very nice. I stayed at the suite which was a very big room and had a great view. The lounge was ok but I prefer less unhealthy snacks and more fruits/ healthy stuff in it. The pool was not heated and it was a bit cold. Also the last night my room had noises all night long. Like metal to metal noises which cause me not to sleep all night long. The staff were nice but didn’t really compensate for this horrible night I had no sleep at all besides promising to a late check out or upgrade next time I book. Which is more of a promotion than a real compensation. Too bad that left a bit a bitter taste to a nice stay so far. I’m in Taipei once or twice a year and I wish they were more attentive to my complaint and lack of sleep.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I chose it again because of its excellent amenities and thoughtful design. The room is beautifully decorated in calming green tones, and the layout is ideal for two or three guests. I especially appreciated the separate wet and dry toilet areas, as well as the divided bathroom and shower-very convenient for sharing. Guests can also enjoy complimentary movies, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I had a great night's sleep and would gladly return.

It is close to Banqiao South Gate Market. The counter and housekeeping are very friendly. You have to walk into the building to enter. There are self-paid supplies in front of the counter to buy, but there is no breakfast.

It’s a hotel in the heart of Banqiao station. Walking distance to banqiao station within 10 mins. Room is ok and considered new but not much service. Due to government policy, this hotel doesn’t provide any amenities including slipper. So please bring along your own otherwise it would be $100 NTD if you ask a slipper from the hotel.

A great hotel that is quite central and within walking distance of the high speed train, city buses, and metro. The room is spacious and clean. View from the top floor (31st floor) was amazing! The downside is that they don’t provide basic amenities such as a toothbrush or toothpaste. You have to pay for them upon request. A well known chain like Hilton should consider offering these basic necessities, such as a toothbrush set and razors, in room upon request. I have never encountered a hotel that charges for these amenities before. That was the only downside to this hotel.

Convenient transportation, free coffee and hot water, near Fuzhong MRT Station No. 1, you can see the hotel's signboard when you come out. After crossing the road, turn right for more than 100 meters and there is an alley on the 11th floor of the elevator on the opposite side, which is a bit difficult to find. The room space is large enough. This price is already considered cheap to find such a hotel in Taipei. Facilities: Very good Hygiene: very good Environment: Quiet Service: Normal

The soundproofing isn't great. Someone on the same floor was making incredibly loud, train-horn-like noises. I was tempted to play some music outside their door in retaliation, but my husband talked me out of it (what a shame!). If you're traveling with kids, just keep this in mind, though hopefully you won't encounter it! 😉 There are parking spaces right outside, which is quite convenient. If those are full, there are also parking lots nearby. Dining options are also handy; McDonald's and drink shops are just a five-minute walk away, and there's a breakfast place very close by too. I'd definitely consider staying here again. 🙂

This is my third stay! It is cost-effective and a bit more upscale than other affordable hotels. The room has a high ceiling and feels comfortable and spacious. It is more cost-effective to book a room with a buffet breakfast! You can rest for free on the second floor during non-breakfast time, with tea, coffee and snacks!

The staffs are accommodating and very friendly, the hotel room and facilities are very clean and comfortably to stay. The ambiance of the our room is amazingly nice viewing. Also, the hotel is convenient to all places in Taiwan, near in food market places and shopping malls as well. We’re definitely going back and will choose this hotel again with our family. Highly recommended for travelers and family who wants to celebrate their gatherings cause the atmosphere is greatly amazing!

This room is a bit small, it's fine for one person on a business trip, but two people need a bigger room, but the location is very convenient, very close to the MRT station. If I go to Taipei next time, I will choose this one.
