There was a restaurant for breakfast on the top floor, and the view of the port, sea and town was wonderful. The people at the guesthouse were very kind and made me feel at ease. If Trip.com had written "Shijia" in kanji instead of katakana, it would have been easier to find since it is in a very convenient location facing Jishan Street.

Located in the center of Jiufen, it's an excellent location for those who want to stay overnight and enjoy sightseeing at a leisurely pace.
Although it is crowded with tourists from daytime to night, I was able to enjoy a quiet stroll in the early morning.
I chose a plan that included breakfast, and enjoyed my sandwiches at a seat with a great view.
The owners, a married couple, are kind and helpful.
The facilities in the room are a bit old, but they are kept clean.
It was a comfortable inn. Thank you for your hospitality.

The location is very good in Jiufen Old Street. It is close to famous spots, so you can enjoy Jiufen at night or early in the morning when there are few people. The owner is friendly and a simple breakfast is included. However, you have to walk through the crowds from the bus stop to the hotel, so it is better to bring less luggage.

Conveniently located close to old street. Friendly and kind managers. Wet bathroom and firmer mattress might be difficult for some but we found it comfortable. Beautiful view of waters through sparkling clean windows on a cold and windy day
