In general, I think it is not a four-star hotel, mainly because of the following points:
1. The towel I was given was dirty (see the picture below)
2. The front desk phone could not be called from the room, and the button was always busy.
3. I went to the terrace to drink coffee and happened to meet the fire alarm test, but the terrace is open until 7pm, can't it be done after that?
4. I packed some fresh water and snacks with my friend, but there was no place for two people to sit down and eat in the whole hotel.
5. The machinery is aging, and you can hear the loud hum of the air conditioner at night.
Apart from that, the good things are that the service attitude is still very good and the Star Lounge is very beautiful!

We checked in on 2025/5/17 and booked the first buffet in the evening at 17:15. The waiter did not inform us of the dining time limit in advance, so we thought we could use it until 19:30 (the start time of the second buffet). 조금 늦게 도착해서 항구에서 일몰을 못볼것 같아 아쉬웠지만
호텔 시설이 너무 좋아서 후회없는 단수이 일정이었습니다
커피숍, 오락실과 식당들이 있어서 편하게 쉬기 좋은거같습니다
주변 관광명소와도 가까워서 단수이를 즐기기 좋은 위치인거같아요. 직원분들 굉장히 친절합니다, 체크인 전후로 시설 설명해주고 방 못찾을까봐 길 안내도 해주시네요.

The building design is good, the green grass and pool platform feel nice, and the location is very good, a few hundred meters away from Fort San Marco and 1.2 km from the old street, you can walk around there.
