Beauty Garden Hotel

This couldn't be further from the truth. A millimeter walk takes 18 minutes, so 770 meters should only take 10 minutes. We had to take a shortcut with our luggage, climbing dozens of stairs. It was August, summer vacation, and the temperature was at least 30 degrees. If we couldn't take the shortcut, we had to hike up the S-shaped mountain path. Goodle Maps says it's a 25-minute walk, but why did the ad say 770 meters? Luckily, Trip.com called and said we had to arrive by 8:00 PM, and we had to notify them if we didn't. I don't know why my hotel would set a time limit for us. I contacted Trip.com's staff and asked them to pick us up. The woman was very attentive and patient, helping me report this to the hotel, and a car arrived shortly after. Even with the hotel car, we still had to walk four minutes up the mountain. How would anyone else manage a four-minute drive with luggage? It's a complete scam. 770 meters?! The female driver was also very rude when she checked us in at the front desk. She said we'd been picked up at 8 PM and were already overdue. I couldn't tell if she wanted a tip or was just trying to get to a conversation. It made me wonder how anyone could get to this place in the mountains without a car. When we got to the room, there were no curtains on the lower window of the bathroom window, facing the exhaust fan. I just turned off the bathroom light to prevent passersby from seeing me showering. Oh my god! The TV wouldn't work either, and she tried to fix it for ages, eventually asking to move us. What kind of place is this? We had to check out at 11:00 AM, but it was 12:00 PM before we were supposed to leave. We had to stay an hour, and the drive to the bus station was only five minutes. How could anyone handle a five-minute drive? Plus, it was raining, and the mountain road was incredibly dangerous. It was slippery and dangerous because there was a car going up and down, and it was really dangerous. Luckily, the female Trip.com staff showed up, or we would have had to walk another half-hour up the mountain. Someone with only a car, luggage, and a half-hour mountain drive in the rain had to listen to the female staff complaining about it. It's a truly awful place. The air conditioner light faces the bed. If you're not afraid of the light while sleeping and the 45-minute mountain walk, this is a good option. This window is for the upper floor room, so I can't see the light when I go downstairs. There are no curtains on the downstairs window, and there are small insects. I'd like to thank the female staff at Trip.com for their attentiveness, responsibility, and patience. I was so upset and helpless without their help. Luckily, my husband and I were traveling together. If there were two women, I'd be so confused. There are no taxis in this area.

The hot springs are very comfortable

The room was generally okay, but because it's located close to the mountain, ants were immediately infested in the bathroom and on the table. Also, since I stayed in a room near the restaurant, the soundproofing wasn't great, and I was disturbed by the sound of dishes early in the morning. Perhaps because the walls were simple, when the neighbors closed their doors, my door and the wall would shake. However, the front desk staff were very friendly.

The room is old

三人房也有陽台，雖然無法直接看到山景，但是走到陽台稍微往旁邊看還是可以看到非常美的山 浴室非常大，都比房間本身大了！ 還有淋浴可以使用，不用擔心只能泡澡 房間並不會像是一些評價說的非常破舊感，整體來說都很不錯，只有一些年代感的房屋裂痕 唯一的缺點大概是床太有彈性了，睡雙人床時，旁邊的人翻身，也會感覺到自己跟著震動，但睡著後我其實就沒有感覺了，所以也非常看人 總體來說還滿推薦的！可以泡湯又可以看山景，房間也不錯！下次可以考慮再住~
