房間電燈無法全部關閉，影響睡眠 電視遙控器失靈

飯店設施是真的都不錯。但第一天發生地下停車位滿，詢問了櫃檯人員（聽口音應該不是台灣人）說是可以停在飯店左手邊的停車場，當下請我們直接去停，但卻未跟我們說有提供停車券，導致後來要出去時發現要繳費，問了停車管理員才知道這跟飯店的不一樣，管理員還說櫃檯人員不知道是不是新人，你們不是第一組這樣問😢😢要去拿停車券，拿完還要去繳費機刷OR扣才能出去，這ㄧ來ㄧ往足足浪費了幾十分鐘🙄🙄 另外還有ㄧ件更讓人生氣，家人住隔壁。因為先生在廁所，老婆正在哺乳，也有按了勿打擾，貴飯店凊潔人員在按了門鈴未應答後竟然直接開門進去😮💨，實在是很糟糕

There were 3 people, right. So she sent me another set of towels and supplies. I said that I would trouble you to send 2 to get out of the way. She then scolded me, aren't there 3 of you? I was dumbfounded. This is 😧 quality. I was scolded by you for taking an extra towel after taking a shower after exercise. She also asked about the children's breakfast and told me that I could add more at the restaurant the next day. What's going on now? Can't I pay before I check in? And the breakfast dishes are disappointing, which is too different from Furong in Gongliao. Many foods are almost gone. The sauces and food are not replenished immediately when they are empty. The chef does not smile when making meals. He does not reply when they are ready. There are too many people in the summer vacation. Are they unhappy? The finished product of freshly made pepper noodles is too different from the photo. And it's very idle. PS. I saw hair in the hand soap in the hotel bathroom as soon as I entered the room. I feel that the housekeeping is not hygienic. Finally, I would like to thank the manager for taking the initiative to help my sister decorate the room after I responded and bringing a small cake in the evening. Thank you. KTV 2 hours 4500, it's the same whether it is provided or not. The breakfast is terrible! And the tableware is not very clean. The experience is not good.
